Richard Holt has practised on the Gold Coast since 1980 and in more than 4 decades has developed extensive experience in the commercial, business, leasing and property development sectors in the Gold Coast region. He has acted for clients responsible for many landmark developments, including apartment buildings, an international hotel development and mixed use developments.
Some of these clients have required Richard to represent them in commercial litigation and dispute resolution including matters in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Queensland and appeals to the High Court of Australia. He has also represented clients in international arbitration proceedings.
This experience has helped Richard develop a reputation and expertise in dispute resolution and helping clients achieving cost effective and prompt settlements of major commercial disputes.
Richard is the vice-president of the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards.
